Animating this artifact looks fun, since itll have all those counters on it already, and the shield counter can even protect the Toolkit from artifact destruction until you move it elsewhere
They permit you to do something that has never existed in Standard before now: essentially have a "commander" that functions as the 61st card in your sixty-card deck and sits in your starting hand to be cast whenever you desire
If you don't have the threat to play instead of this then this is one of your best replacements
Being unable to untap your lands is necessary to keep up with other players, but this can be a great late game card to give you a boost of value
