lumineon pokemon card Evolves from null Type Pokemon Card JP Star Birth
Description
On one hand, it stops the game from being over really fast, and stops you from minmaxing your deck to What Works Against Courtneys Moltres
This also made blue the only option for slowing down the pace of the game, and Propaganda did just that
These cards usually depict fully evolved pokemon, but they still count as basic Pokemon, meaning you can summon them right away without the need for evolution
To properly understand how rarity works, it is much more useful to look at the full system rather than relying on symbols alone
