Not game-breaking, but a favorite for its card variety and Gen 3 throwbacks
Card not found, on the other hand, is the basis for a deck in Modern (its namesake actually) and played in Legacy Storm decks (maybe Vintage as well, I dont know the format enough to say)
The common play pattern of this will be using it offensively and soaking up the crack-back damage, but there will be times where you use it in a more tricksy way by using it as a fog, or even as removal and a fog
