Which, while slightly less rare than it used to be, is still rare enough to be worthy of mention
The good news: you can handle all of this cleanly, with about ten minutes of setup and a tiny bit of discipline
FIC are Commander cards, which you can get in the Final Fantasy Commander precons or find in Collector boosters (but never in Play boosters)
