One of the reasons I put the Baron higher on the list is that he helps two tribes: Skeletons and Zombies
With this spell on the table, you draw an extra card at the beginning of your upkeep, losing 1 life in the process
A budget build in those colors can draw plenty of cards, where a budget deck in white still struggles and has to play the exact same draw spells regardless of strategy
