Its a little weak, I wont lie, but white token decks that go wide in Commander will absolutely eat this up
When I roll a d20, I can get any number from 1-20, and Ill get the average by calculating min + max / 2, so (1+20)/2 = 10.5
It can make the cut in a handful of hyper-competitive Storm -style decks looking to fill their yard, but most decks arent interested in the card/mana disadvantage thats inherent to it
