As this is just a bit of fun, were not going too deep into the mechanics of each card, the set it came from or how valuable it is
Dramatic Scepter decks combo it with Dramatic Reversal, but as one of the best imprint cards in the game the Scepter can still be a problem with a counterspell or removal spell tucked underneath it
