It's a strange combination, as Storm is typically associated with Izzet decks, but it works here thanks to the sheer aggression and generally low costs of most spells in the deck list
Often the card will get better when certain conditions happen, but the idea is that the card in a vacuum still has some value
Im not sure its clear which is better between Regisaur Alpha and Charging Monstrosaur, but I think they both benefit by the existence of the other, for making them harder to play around
