Many cEDH events allow proxies which helps Timetwister see some play, (beyond the lucky few who are fortunate enough to own a copy!), but it doesnt see a ton of competitive play relative to other cards which would make it a weird card to put on a list of Power 9 for EDH
Eldrazi Ravager One of the cheaper straight-up creatures on the list, Eldrazi Ravager is a strong creature that can keep coming back if needed
Some trainer cards (like full-art supporters) are highly collectible
One of the reasons I like CGC is the quick turnaround so that is less of an issue here
