Conspiracy cards are used only in limited play, particularly in the Conspiracy Draft variant (see rule 905)
The three modes are a bit disparate for my taste, but its probably worth it if you can snag the Stifle mode and make the other modes matter at the same time
Its only issue, really, is a lacking of an overarching strategy that makes this deck feel more like a greatest hits album and less like a cohesive strategy
