Both have a surprising amount of effect on the game

Even though Haxorus looks cool as a Pokemon (it looks eerily similar to Giratina in my opinion) this card really stinks, it doesn't have too high of an hp, and it has a very high retreat cost, it also is very slow and when you can actually attack it can't do much damage at all, I would never want to put four energy cards on a Pokemon then have a 25% chance of not being able to attack, it would be different if the move actually did a lot of damage but there are plenty of other Pokemon out there that can do 80 damage every turn for four energy cards where this one it is pretty risky

Final Tip: Bring It to a Local Event Not sure what you have

Season's Past 2 Two is a pretty unfair rating for this card, it is mostly there as a warning
