Not only do you lose the most valuable card in your hand, but you also make the contents of the rest of your hand known to your opponent(s), so I do recommend to double-check each time you draw

Players do not use Energy Cards

In theory, you can throw it into a token deck and go from there, but most of the time youd rather have those tokens to use for something else
