They were incredibly scarce (I didn't even see a real Power card until 1996), very simple in design, and did basic things better than any other cards available
Though the card was immediately banned in TCG upon release, due to players taking advantage of the special birthday feature, +50 was granted to attack with no evidence that it was truly their birthday
